MAKER WITH DOSING UNIT
The AR2D-LC is an automatic equipment for assembling empanadas from disks; thanks to its rotating design, it takes up very little space. It produces approximately 500 empanadas per hour with only one operator.
The AR2D-LC is entirely constructed of aluminum and stainless steel, featuring safety sensors and detachable matrices, complying with all safety, health, and hygiene standards. It is easy to clean thanks to our innovative HiSTec system, allowing all accessories and parts of the machine to be cleaned wet and suitable for pressure washing.
Closure molds can be made from two materials, both approved by our HiSTec system. They can be made from high molecular weight plastic or aluminum. In either material, different types of formats can be made, from small snack empanadas to rotisserie.
The vacuum-operated dispenser allows dosage regulation from 15 to 55 grams, and the hopper can hold up to 25 liters of filling.
Fillings suitable for the dispenser can be of any type: CUT KNIFE MEAT, VEGETABLES, HUMITA, HAM AND CHEESE, etc., as long as their BASE IS MOIST WITH SOLIDS IN SUSPENSION.
Furthermore, the dispenser is designed from a bacteriological standpoint as it operates WITHOUT TEMPERATURE, preventing damage to the product and creating environments conducive to the reproduction of bacteria and microorganisms.
The AR2D-LC also offers the option to temporarily disable the dosing unit to manually place solid fillings (such as ham and cheese rolls), and the option to combine both methods by manually placing a solid filling (such as a whole olive) while the dosing unit dispenses the moist filling (such as meat) onto it.
The AR2D-LC is ultimately designed to achieve a high-quality product in just 3 simple steps (Placement of the disk, Dosing, and Closure), ready
in seconds. And thanks to its fully digital and intuitive dashboard, it allows for easy operation of the equipment.
