By standing out as a supplier of general machining for its high quality and finesse for metallurgical work, it opened a market which was lacking industrial machines, which was the niche of the food part, the machines that were in that type of companies were obsolete and imported, in 1991 the first machine of our manufacture was unveiled, The JUNIOR 600, a high production disc cutter (3600 Dozens / Hour) that later It was launched on the market in series in 1999.

Thanks to the incorporation of this machine into the market, other equipment was instantly needed that could supply dough to this machine, so later came the invention of different equipment that revolutionized the production of dough for empanada tops and ready empanadas.
