- A 624 mm wide laminating module for calibration,with Ø120 mm rollers covered in hard chrome. Adjustable thickness from 0 to 3 mm. Adjustable speed by frequency inverter. Comprehensive stainless steel covers. Security devices.
Cutting table, for interchangeable rotary cutting moulds. Mold supports with selective regulation of cutting pressure. Polycar-
bonate safety cover. Reinforced sanitary endless band. Stainless steel frame. Built with its own variable speed drive. Length 2000 mm, width 670mm.- Rotary cutting mold of choice for the Junior 600 team, for cutting empanada discs.
- The mold will have cutting cups with ovalization compensation, built in stainless steel on a carbon steel base pipe with epoxy coating. Includes axle, bearings and plastic tips.
- Built-in support for replacement molds. Capacity for four (4) moulds.
Trim removal tapes. Speed synchronized with the cutting table. Transversal outlet belt. Both sanitary, with linear guides and endless welding.
Vacuum table for separator placement. Sanitary perforated
band,speed Master drive for the line, polyethylene longitudinal cutting device, recordable for different mold layouts, high precision optical lid reader. Cantilever shaft reel holder for easy replacement and control of film tension, polyethylene crosscut blade for cold cutting at frequencies above 150 cuts/minute. High-speed cap launch ramp with its own drive and air cushion. - Continuous rolling with electronic dough tension control.
- General regulations of line speed with automatic adjustment of individual speeds per module.
- The equipment can cut with or without the separator. In case is without, the Junior won’t have Vacuum table.
- All cutting formats: round, square, triangles, ovals, etc. Just changing the cutting mold in minutes.
Square separator equals an integer use of polyethylene, without waste of it on the production line. Recovery of cuttings of total mass of polyethylene.
- Automatic stacking to the desired quantity without the intervention of any personnel.
- The Flour Mill is an additional equipment, it is not included in the Junior 600.
