MINI JUNIOR
DISC CUTTER
The MINI JUNIOR is an automatic machine for disc cutting:
tapas for empanadas, smaller diameters of disc and many other products up to 16 cm of diameter, starting off the dough sheet. Thanks to its desing, the Mini Junior takes up little space.
Produces approximately 600 dozens of dics per hour with 2 operators.
The MINI JUNIOR is made entirely of aluminum and stainless steel. It has the highest technology in safety, health and hygiene. It is easy to clean thanks to our innovative HiSTec (dyr) system that allows all accessories and parts
of the machine to be easily disassemble and clean.
The cutting molds are built entirely in stainless steel; this guarantees the quality and safety of the product, being able to conform any type of form.
The MINI JUNIOR has an automatic dough trimming extraction system, with a side outlet for the reuse of the same.
It also has a built-in relaxation table for the rest of the dough, wich allows the dough to relax and reduce the ovalization of the disc, together with a ground electronic tension controller that allows to automatically vary the speed of the calibration of the mass.
It also includes an automatic flour mill, that allows to have a homogeneous layer of flour on the product, being able to vary the dosage flow electronically.
The MINI JUNIOR can work with or without the separaing nylon, thanks to the fact that the nylon is placed separately from the cutting of the empanada disc. This also generates the advantage of having a square separator that at the moment of consuming the product facilitates its separation.
The machine delivers the product stacked according to the requirements of the client.
The machine has the highest technology in security for staff using covers in all works areas risk controlled by sensors that at the time of an emergency, instantly stop the equipment, avoiding possible accidents.
The MINI JUNIOR is finally designed to produce in formal industrial products with the highest quality in a fast and efficient way.
