margarine extruder

The EM400 margarine extruder is a machine built for the production of dough blocks with adjustable thickness and a sheet width of approximately 15.75 inches.

The equipment features a 5.5 HP motor and a gearbox with reducers in a continuous oil bath. The entire machine is constructed in AISI-304 stainless steel, and its main box is made of DELRIN (high molecular weight plastic), FDA-approved for food contact.

It also has an included output conveyor with quick-release couplings that incorporates a pastry cutter with length adjustment via a laser sensor.

It can be completely disassembled by removing six main nuts, allowing the augers and the machine’s nose to be disassembled for cleaning, which can be done with hot water and sanitizers without any problems.
